Q: How do I buy my drugs?
A: There is no need to go through the hassle of creating an account. Just complete our fast and easy checkout and you will have an account automatically created. You will then be able to keep track of your orders as well as access to all your order information.
Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: No. We don't require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open 24/7.
Q: What happens after I have placed an order?
A: Once your order has been received and approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment and shipment. We usually ship your order the next business day but sometimes there can be a short delay due to supply problems. 90% of our orders are shipped the following business day.
We will notify you by e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your order. Once shipped, it can take up to 28 days for delivery. On rare occasions some shipments may take more than 28 business days to arrive due to possible disruptions with international postal services or customs. We hear from a majority of our customers that they usually receive their orders within a 8-12 days period. We ask that you be patient and should your package not arrive within 28 days please contact us. We will then investigate your order, provide you with an update and take further actions to make sure you get your medications. More information on this issue is found here.
Note: Times are an indication of arrival times after shipping. It does not take into account delays due to out of stock items on backorder and postal service problems.
Q: Why does my order status still says "processing" even though it was placed several days ago?
A:
Your order might already have been shipped even though your order status hasn't been updated. We sometimes get shipping confirmation late from our shipping department and we only update your order status once we have received shipping confirmation.
Q: Will you ship any drugs?
A: We ship all the products we list. If you have any specific request you may suggest a product by submitting a request here. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense orders for drugs where we are concerned at the potential for abuse.
Q: Will you ship to any country?
A. Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance.
If you are in further doubt regarding the situation of importing prescription medications to your country, please check with your local customs office and/or contact us.

Q: What is the difference between a generic drug and a brand name drug?
A: A generic drug is a drug which is manufactured by a company that is not the innovator. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.
Q: Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
A: Firstly, if we list the drug as a brand drug - this is what you will get. We clearly state if the product is a brand- or generic drug.
If you are used to brand name pills and you have ordered a generic from us, the pills we send you will look slightly different. Generics do not look the same as the brand name products, even though they have the same active ingredients.and work in in the exact way. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. Lastly, when comparing two different generics, they may look different if they are made by two different companies.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A:
We only accept VISA at the moment.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
A: Absolutely! No payment details are processed by us and are not kept on our server. You will get redirected to our secured payment processor where you will provide your payment details. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access and not kept on our side in any way.
Q: Why doesn't my order show up on my account?
A:
This sometimes happens when your payment is pending for a long time, waiting to get approved. If you can't see the order in your account after a successful payment please contact us asap and provide all information and we will set things straight.
Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: No. Our prices include shipping and are sales tax free. The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: What guarantee do you offer that I will receive my order?
A: As long as you have provided the correct delivery address and you comply with your contry's import regulations we guarantee that you'll receive your order.
NB! The buyer of products from this site is responsible for determining and abiding by his/her country's importation regulations. We'll reship for free if seized by customs.
We'll reship promptly if information regarding your seized package is available online. If information isn't available online do we require a scanned copy of the Customs Seizure Letter before we reship.

Q. Will you accept returns if I am not satisfied?
