Shipping Questions

Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?
A: We ship daily Mondays - Fridays from various locations.
Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day.

Registered mail/Regular mail
We use registered airmail as well as regular air mail. Which method is used depends on the products ordered. If you specifically don't want registered mail, please leave a note in the box during checkout.
Signature is required for registered mail but not for regular mail.
You will NOT be able to track your order with any of these options.

EMS - Express Mail Service
We also ship with EMS (Express Mail Service) for an additional $35.
Using this will make sure your shipment arrives at your door in 8-14 days once it has been sent.
Signature is required.
Please Note: EMS Shipments are known to more likely being reviewed by customs than regular/registered mail. This shipping method is therefore NOT recommended if you are unsure of the import regulations on your ordered medications.
If EMS has been used for an order and the order gets seized will we reship the order using registered mail. This is to increase the chances of the order getting through customs without any problems.
Please read our FAQ for more information on reshipping.

Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
A: Yes we do.

Q. What happens if I am not home to sign for my order (Registered mail and EMS)?
A: The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address and you can pick up your order at the local post office or arrange for a re-delivery. If you have not been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received by us! Do not return any medications, they will be lost and you will not receive a refund/reshipment.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A: We ship for free! EMS costs $35.

Q: Can you "overnight" my order?
A: Overnight delivery is not possible but using EMS will make sure your order arrive within 8-14 days. By using EMS will you also be able to track the exact status and position of your order.

Q: Do I receive the tablets in the original blisters and box or only the tablets, how are they packaged?

A: All products are shipped in their original blisters and we include the cardboard box if possible, unless you specifically select or request that we send you only the tablets. Some of the the generic drugs though are shipped without the original container and/or in blisters.
If that is the case, it's always clearly stated on the products information page.

Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: It depends on where you are and what you order. Customer Service will give you details by e-mail once your order has been processed. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your order but sometimes it can take longer due to out of stock items. As an approximate guide, 8 - 28 days will work for most countries inlcuding the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs.
As stated above does EMS take 8-14 days.
If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.

Please under no circumstances make chargebacks against your credit card without first contacting us. We can always sort out any problems.

NB! The buyer of products from this site is responsible for determining and abiding by his/her country's importation regulations. We will reship for free if seized by customs.
If information regarding your seized package is available online will we reship promptly. If information isn't available online will we require a scanned copy of the Customs Seizure Letter before we reship though.

Q: What guarantee do you offer that I will receive my order?
A: As long as you have provided the correct delivery address and you comply with your contry's import regulations will we guarantee that you'll receieve your order.

We welcome your feedback after your order has arrived. This is to let us know that you received it. It allows us also to better estimate the average shipping time to other customers.

A: We ship all our medications worldwide with a few exceptions.
