A majority of our orders are shipped from India. The tracking system in India is VERY slow in updating the tracking numbers and it can sometimes take days before an update is available. The tracking number you have is valid though and the order has been shipped so please try to be patient.
Q: I've received a tracking number but where do I track it?
Your order is shipped with registered mail or EMS and will be delivered by your country's regular postal system.
Australia: AU Post

Ireland: An Post
UK: The Royal Mail or Parcel Force
USA: The USPS
Q: My tracking number comes up as "Not found" when I track it.

Q: My tracking number is live and the tracking info shows as booked or shipped but there hasn't been an update in many days?
A: When your package has left it's country of origin and is in transit, there are no updates until it has reached the destination country.
Please note that standard transit time is usually around 10-14 days.
Once the package has reached your country, the next step for it is to pass through the sorting facility and get scanned by your country's postal service.
This takes around 2-4 days.
If your package is inbound customs - there are usually no updates until it has been released by your country's customs authorities.
Please note that the stated shipping time on this site is only an estimation and we can not be held responsible for delays in processing and shipping. We have no control over the postal system as well as customs and they both play a substantial role in how fast your packages are delivered.
Orders are usually delivered in 10-16 days but can sometimes take up to 28 days due to events beyond our control, such as customs and holidays.

We use registered airmail on all standard orders. Signature is required and you're able to track your order online.
Some products can be shipped with EMS (Express Mail Service). This option is faster than registered mail.

Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
A: Yes we do.
Q. What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?
A: The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address and you can pick up your order at the local post office or arrange for a re-delivery. If you have not been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received by us! Do not return any medications, they will be lost and you will not receive a refund/reshipment.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: We charge $9+$9 in shipping and handling on all orders.
Q: Can you "overnight" my order?
A: Overnight delivery is unfortunately not possible .
Q: Do I receive the tablets in the original blisters and box or only the tablets, how are they packaged?
A: All products are shipped in their original blisters and we include the cardboard box if possible, unless you specifically select or request that we send you only the tablets. Some of the the generic drugs are shipped without the original container and/or in blisters.
If that is the case, it's always clearly stated on the product page.
Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: It depends on where you are and what you order. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your payment but sometimes it can take longer due to out of stock items. As an approximate guide, 8 - 21 days will work for most countries inlcuding the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs.
If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.
Please under no circumstances make chargebacks against your credit card without first contacting us. We can always sort out any problems.
