Shipping Questions
Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?
A: We ship daily Mondays - Fridays from various locations.
Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that there stated shipping time on this site is only an estimation and we can not be held responsible for delays in processing and shipping. We have no control over the postal system as well as customs and they both play a substantial part in how fast your packages are delivered.
• Registered mail/Regular mail
We use registered airmail as well as regular air mail. Which method is used depends on the products ordered. If you specifically don't want registered mail, please leave a note in the box during checkout.
Signature is required for registered mail but not for regular mail.
You will NOT be able to track your order with any of these options.
Shipping time is usually 8-16 days.
If your package is subject to review by customs authorities - expect up to 28 days delivery time.
• EMS - Express Mail Service
Some products are eligible for EMS (Express Mail Service) as well.
If a product is eligible for EMS, it's listed on the product page. Please note that not all orders can be shipped with EMS and we can not use EMS on orders that already have been placed.
Orders shipped with EMS usually arrive in 6-8 days.
If your package is subject to review by customs authorities - please allow a few more days.
Signature is required.
If EMS has been used for an order and the order gets seized we'll reship the order using registered mail. This is to increase the chances of the order getting through customs without problems.

Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
A: Yes we do.
Q. What happens if I am not home to sign for my order (Registered mail only)?
A: The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address and you can pick up your order at the local post office or arrange for a re-delivery. If you have not been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received by us! Do not return any medications, they will be lost and you will not receive a refund/reshipment.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: We ship for free but there is a fixed $9 handling fee added to all orders.
Q: Can you "overnight" my order?
A: Overnight delivery is not possible unfortunately.
Q: Do I receive the tablets in the original blisters and box or only the tablets, how are they packaged?
A: All products are shipped in their original blisters and we include the cardboard box if possible, unless you specifically select or request that we send you only the tablets. Some of the the generic drugs though are shipped without the original container and/or in blisters.
If that is the case, it's always clearly stated on the product page.
Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: It depends on where you are and what you order. Customer Service will give you details by e-mail once your order has been processed. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your order but sometimes it can take longer due to out of stock items. As an approximate guide, 8 - 28 days will work for most countries inlcuding the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs.
If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.
Please under no circumstances make chargebacks against your credit card without first contacting us. We can always sort out any problems.
NB! The buyer of products from this site is responsible for determining and abiding by his/her country's importation regulations.
