How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It depends on where you are and what you order. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your payment but sometimes it can take longer due to out of stock items. As an approximate guide, 8 - 21 days will work for most countries including the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs. If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.
My tracking number is live and the tracking info shows as booked or shipped but there hasn't been an update in many days?
When your package has left it's country of origin and is in transit, there are no updates until it has reached the destination country. Please note that standard transit time is usually around 10-14 days. Once the package has reached your country, the next step for it is to pass through the sorting facility and get scanned by your country's postal service. This takes around 2-4 days. If your package is inbound customs - there are usually no updates until it has been released by your country's customs authorities.
Do you ship to any country?
We ship all our medications worldwide with a few exceptions Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. If you are in further doubt regarding the situation of importing prescription medications to your country, please check with your local customs office.

I can not track my package.
All shipments can be tracked all the way to your house on www.17track.net. Shipments ending wit "IN" can only be tracked up until they have left country of origin. After that, there will be no more updates. Australian Customers: The AU post does not support tracking for any international shipments sent with registered post. I ordered more than one product but have only received one of them?
Sometimes we ship orders in separate packages and you should have received an order update where we informed you that your order was "partially shipped" with tracking number "xxxxxxxxxx". Once the remaining product(s) has been shipped you'll receive a final update. Check your e-mail inbox or your account with us and you'll see that there is an additional order update for the remainder.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept: PayPal All major credit cards. Bitcoin - All orders paid with Bitcoin receive a 40% discount. Western Union ($150.00 max) FastPay - Similar as PayPal. Only US customers.
Do you accept PayPal or wire transfers?
Yes we accept PayPal. We don't accept wire transfers.
What currency is used in your store?
All prices are listed in USD.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely! No payment details are processed by us and are not kept on our server. You will get redirected to our secured payment processor where you will provide your payment details. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access and not kept on our side in any way.
Do I need a prescription?
No. We don't require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us ASAP! If the order has been sent to packing or shipped, it might be too late and cancellations are not accepted at this stage.

I haven't received any order confirmation, order update or reply to my e-mails
1. Check your spam folder! Make sure that you're able to receive our e-mails. 2. Your ISP might be blocking our e-mails us and you need to use another a-mail address for your account and to contact us.
Can I place my order through phone?
We're unable to accept phone orders unfortunately.
What is the difference between a generic drug and a brand name drug?
A generic drug is a drug which is manufactured by a company that is not the innovator. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.
Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
Firstly, if we list the drug as a brand drug - this is what you will get. We clearly state if the product is a brand- or generic drug. If you are used to brand name pills and you have ordered a generic from us, the pills we send you will look slightly different. Generics do not look the same as the brand name products, even though they have the same active ingredients.and work in in the exact way. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. Lastly, when comparing two different generics, they may look different if they are made by two different companies
Will you accept returns if I am not satisfied?
We're not allowed to accept returns of prescription medications.
