Treating premature ejaculation with Poxet-60
Premature ejaculation is a common problem among men, affecting approximately 30% of males aged 40-70 years old. This condition causes distress and relationship issues because it affects the ability to maintain an erection during intercourse. Premature ejaculation can occur even though a man feels ready to engage in sex. Some men experience premature ejaculation without having experienced any previous erectile difficulties.
The most effective treatment for premature ejaculation is to use medication such as dapoxetine, which works by blocking serotonin transporters in the penis, thus prolonging the duration of penile tumescence and increasing the time taken to reach orgasm. A recent study showed that dapoxetine was well tolerated and highly efficacious in patients suffering from PE.
Dapoxetine has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating premature ejaculation. It is available in two strengths: 60mg and 90mg. The recommended starting dose is 60mg once daily at bedtime. The maximum dose is 120mg once daily.
If you suffer from premature ejaculation, ask your doctor about using dapoxetine.
